TAMPA, FL -- Following their current summer tour promoting the upcoming Something For The Rest Of Us album, due out Aug 31st, the Goo Goo Dolls were probably the only highlight last Sunday night. At a venue across from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and surrounded by, lets be honest, practically nothing, many gathered to see the band that has brought hundreds of hits in their 20 plus year career.

BOCA RATON, FL - I have never been a big Weird Al fan. I have nothing against the guy but he just wasn't a big enough star when I was growing up in Brazil. Sure MTV played some of his videos over there (the only ones I remember are "I'm Fat" and "Smells Like Nirvana) but that was pretty much all I knew about him.

He walks down the dirt road in the middle of the desert and stands alone as he tries to hitchhike a ride from a passerby.
