Rolling Stone's frontman Mick Jagger is set to release "God Gave Me Everything," a song he co-wrote and produced with funky rocker Lenny Kravitz. The song is the first single from Jagger's fourth solo album Goddess in the Doorway, scheduled for a Nov. 20 release. Jagger is currently filming the video for the single with director Mark Romanek, who's worked with the likes of Madonna and Michael Jackson).

HOLLYWOOD - Seems like every week, "one hit wonder" groups are breaking up. Last week, it was the Australian band Savage Garden and this week, the British pop group Elastica have gone their separate ways after being together for nearly a decade. Front woman Justine Frischmann issued an official statement on Oct. 3, saying: "Believe it or not Elastica have been together for almost 10 years, which is probably as long as any band should be together." After Elastica's one 1995 hit, "Connection," the band was never heard of again.

Emmys, Latin Grammy Awards canceled in wake of Trade Center bombings

HOLLYWOOD - The 53rd annual Primetime Emmy Awards show scheduled for Sunday at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles and the Latin Grammy Awards slated to take place tonight at the Great Western Forum in Los Angeles have been postponed indefinitely due to the apparent terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, organizers said on Tuesday. Early Tuesday morning, two airplanes crashed into and ultimately collapsed the twin towers of the World Trade Center in Manhattan. Another crashed into the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. A fourth plane crashed in a field in Somerset County, PA, southeast of Pittsburgh. The nation, paralyzed with shock and grief, awaits word on the number of people injured or dead as a result of these tragedies.
